Many women like you want to lose weight while pregnant, but they're too afraid. You may be afraid of how it could be bad to your child's health. These are valid concerns. So I want you to understand why weight loss should or should not be a priority for you.
When I mean weight loss , this is not the ultimate aim really. You want ot lose weight to be sexy, healthy and vibrant. And usually being healthy= being sexy.

A lot of women don't know that just being healthy gives you a great body.
